What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Paypal.
Q: International Orders
Do you shipped International?
A:
Yes we do ship international. We will not send any package as a "gift" to avoid additional fees that you may incur in your country. We will also require that you email us PRIOR to ordering with your address so that we can give a quote. The minimum shipping charge is $15.95 internationally. If you have a larger order you will need to pay the additional postage.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes we do. Gift wrapping options are available at checkout.

How long does it take to recieve orders?
A:
It is normally 5 business day before delivery. All bows & other items are custom made as they are ordered. We give special time and detail to all of our items. Due to high demand we do not stock bows. Please note this time can change due to seasonal times. Please check home page for any additonal delay in orders.

Do you offer Overnight or Express?
A:
We will gladly send items overnight however the rates start at $21.95. PLEASE NOTE: items will ship overnight after the 3-4 business days to make them. We can not ship items the day after you have placed the order. Please plan ahead for special occasions.

What are your shipping methods?
A:
We ship USPS First Class or Priority Mail based on the weight of the items. They are carefully packaged and boxed. Shipping rates are based on some items require larger boxes to ensure that items are not damged during shipping.

Are all items shipping automatically insured?
A:
No. We do ship with delivery confirmation. Shipping insurance is optional and we are not responisble for items once they have left our home. Orders that are over $50 require insurance.
